The entry-level qualification to be a financial adviser in the UK is equivalent to an A-Level.

We are Chartered Financial Planners which means we are qualified to degree level. Between us, we also hold specialist qualifications in pensions, trust and estate planning, investments and economics.  

We believe that our qualifications enable us to deliver better outcomes for you. 


Sylvan Financial Management is equally owned and managed by Ed, Jane and Adrian, with no external investors or shareholders.

We work with the Personal Finance Society to help deliver educational sessions to local schools and colleges.  These cover a range of topics including the basics of tax when starting a job and how to stay safe from financial scams.
