Haydn's Statement of Professional Standing
At work, you’ll find Haydn…
Haydn began his career in Financial Services in 2003 as an office junior and worked his way up to Chartered Financial Planner.
Having known Ed, Adrian, and Jane for over ten years, Haydn previously worked alongside them at the Roberts Partnership.
Haydn advises on all areas of financial planning, with a particular interest in supporting individuals who are at or approaching retirement. In addition, Haydn has extensive experience in advising recipients of Personal Injury Awards, which he finds to be a particularly rewarding area of financial planning.
In Haydn's free time…
Haydn is married to Clare, and together they have three boys – Charlie, Myles, and Archie.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, he is a keen gym goer and cyclist, and (quietly) a Manchester United fan. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, often out on his bike, and also coaches Archie’s football team, a role he finds extremely rewarding. In addition, Haydn supports the local club through fundraising and community involvement.
Away from sport, Haydn is a lover of good food, especially Italian cuisine, paired with a nice bottle of wine.
Haydn in the spotlight
When the dessert menu arrives, I’m looking for
Not a dessert fan. Starters are my thing. Would be looking for some pâté and nice bread.
My proudest moment as a financial planner is
Showing the parents of a child injured in a car accident that the financial plan we have put in place provides financial security for their child for the rest of their life.
They were (understandably) very worried and cautious. We had several planning meetings to help provide them with the confidence & clarity needed. This enabled them to focus all their attention on their child’s nonfinancial needs.
My favourite holiday destination is
Cornwall. The UK is such a nice place. I love the outdoor lifestyle.
